La Ilesia de Santiso'l Real ye una ilesia y parroquia de la ciudá d'Uviéu, Principáu d'Asturies, España, asitiada na Plaza d'Alfonso II el Castu, o de la Catedral, y a escasos metros d'esta.

La ilesia ye fundación del rei Alfonso II el Castu d'Asturies nel sieglu IX. Sicasí sufrió diverses reconstrucciones y restauraciones, la postrera nel sieglu XX, polo que de la ilesia primitiva namái queda'l muriu testeru de la cabeceru.
Ta catalogada como Bien d'Interés Cultural, cola categoría de Monumentu, dende l'añu 1931, figura magar d'ello denomada Monumentu Históricu Artísticu.
La fundación de la ilesia ye atribuyida al rei Alfonso II el Castu d'Asturies enmarcada nel programa constructivu qu'empecipió dichu rei al treslladar la capitalidad del reinu a la ciudá d'Uviéu al empiezu del so reináu en 791, construyendo amás d'esta ilesia, palacios, la Catedral de San Salvador, la Ilesia de Santa María y una muralla defensiva qu'arrodiaba tou esti conxuntu.[2] D'esta primitiva basílica namái subsiste'l testeru de la capiya de la cabecera.
Les cróniques emponderen l'edificiu pero son bien espureches na so descripción polo que dáu lo poco que llegó de la primitiva basílica la so morfoloxía ye bien aldericada.[3] Del testeru superviviente deduzse que yera de cabecera única y ensin cámara supraabsidal. Supónse que yera un edificiu d'una sola nave central de planta cuadrada o rectangular, con capiyes en caún de los llaos pa fromar una planta cruciforme de manera asemeyada a Santa Cristina de Ḷḷena.[4]
Nesta ilesia atopase la tumba de Balesquita Giráldez fundadora de la Capiya de la Balesquida.
L'interior ye de planta rectangular, con trés naves con arcos sobro columnes. Nestes naves atopase la capiya de Santa Ana al sur, el retablu mayor al frente y al llau norte un correor llateral.
A la capiya de Santa Ana, del sieglu XVI, ingrésase al traviés d'un arcu de mediu puntu. L'interior ta coronáu per una bóveda de crucería gótica. La bóveda descansa en ménsulas con ánxeles sofitando escudos.
Dientro del templu podemos destacar el retablu de la capiya mayor de José Bernardo de la Meana, la imaxe de l'Asunción nesti mesmu retablu, la escultura de Santiso d'Antonio Borja, una Piedá, el retablu del Cristu, los trípticos de Francisco *Reiter
