Summary
Description1973 Datsun 240Z GTU racer no. 33, front right.jpg |
English: Bob Sharp's old 1973 Datsun 240Z IMSA GTU racer. This car has been a historic racer since 1982 (!) and went on to compete in IMSA GTU. Bob Sharp bought the car in 2008 and decked it out in the Newman-Sharp livery seen here; the highly tuned car makes occasional appearances on tracks along the east coast. 3-liter inline-six with 329hp, Nissan Competition five-speed gearbox, NASCAR sway bars, and suspension parts from a Porsche Carrera. Here in the pits at the 2021 Lime Rock Historic Races. |
