Joaquín García Morato

Joaquín García-Morato y Castaño, 1st Count of Jarama (4 May 1904 – 4 April 1939) was the most successful Nationalist fighter pilot of the Spanish Civil War. He is credited with 40 aerial victories, four gained while flying Heinkel He 51s and 36 with an Italian Fiat CR.32.[1]
In this Spanish name, the first or paternal surname is García-Morato and the second or maternal family name is Castaño.
