Added "sleep *fairly* soundly", because even if you have designed correctly, there is still the risk that there will be a larger earthquake than the one you designed for. Also, your neighbor's house may collapse on you! --Muchado 09:26, 4 February 2006 (UTC)

Holy Cow! I have tried adding references, but I could not find 3, and I can't find anything that has been flagged. It's all in books, and proprietary papers. Zeizmic (talk) 18:58, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
