Ughtred James Kay-Shuttleworth, 1st Baron Shuttleworth, PC, DL (18 December 1844 – 20 December 1939), known as Sir Ughtred Kay-Shuttleworth, 2nd Baronet between 1872 and 1902, was a British Liberal politician and landowner.
