Vladimir Rybář

Vladimir Rybář (November 17, 1894 – November 17, 1946) was a Yugoslav diplomat and lawyer.[1] He represented Yugoslavia diplomatically, notably at the Bretton Woods Conference in July 1944 and the United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration.[2][3] Rybář also held various positions at diplomatic missions across Europe and North America.
