Texas State Cemetery er delstatens gravsted i Texas' hovedstad Austin. Adressen er 901 Navasota Street øst for det sentrale Austin. Gravfeltet ble oppført på National Register of Historic Places i 1986.

Gravstedet ble tatt i bruk i 1851 etter Edward Burlesons død. Politikeren Burleson hadde vært visepresident i Republikken Texas årene 1841-1844. Delstatens lovgivende forsamling kjøpte området rundt gravplassen i 1854 i samband med at Burlesons gravmonument skulle reises.
Under den amerikanske borgerkrig var området gravsted for offiserer fra Texas som hadde tjenestegjort i Amerikas konfødererte staters armé. Etter krigen kjøpte delstaten et større landområde med tanke på veteraner og deres hustruer. Det fantes også gravsteder for nordstatenes veteraner på Texas State Cemetery. Bare én slik grav er blitt bevart. Antonio Briones grav ble værende på familiemedlemmers begjæring da øvrige unionsmilitærgraver ble flyttet til San Antonio.
Texas State Cemetery er ikke lengre i bruk som militærkirkegård. Den siste veteranen fra borgerkrigen ble gravlagt i 1944 og den siste enken i 1963. De eneste militære som skal gravsettes på området ifølge retningslinjer fra 1953 er konføderasjonens veteraner.
Gravplassen er således i første rekke til for Texaspolitikere og deres familiemedlemmer.
Guvernør James Pinckney Hendersons grav ble flyttet hit i 1930.
