杜培义（英语：Charles Ridley Duppuy；1881年9月22日—1944年9月26日）会督，是一名神学博士[1]及一位在20世纪的上半世纪[2]著名的圣公会牧师[3]。
他生于1881年9月22日[4]，并就读于牛津大学基布尔学院[5]。他的第一个事奉位置是在阿斯顿（Aston）作助理牧师及后成为布拉福基督城的主任牧师[6]。 于1920年任命为香港维多利亚会督[7]，他在1932年辞任。后来成为伍斯特会吏长（Archdeacon of Worcester），他死于1944年9月26日。[8]
