紧张症（catatonia）是一种主要由精神运动障碍引起的综合征，其特征是同时出现几种精神运动活动减少、增加或异常的症状[1]。病人经常保持缄默且僵直，或者不能活动或做无目的的甚至是怪异的动作。紧张性抑郁障碍也发生在思觉失调症患者身上或者在躁期也可能由神经阻滞剂恶性综合征引起[2]。
