Baltica

Baltica is ’n naam wat geoloë gebruik vir ’n kontinent uit die Laat Proterosoïkum/ Vroeë Paleosoïkum wat nou die Oos-Europese kraton Noordwes-Eurasië insluit. Baltica is sowat 1,8 miljard jaar gelede of later gevorm. Voorheen was die drie segmente/kontinente waaruit die huidige Oos-Europese kraton bestaan, op verskillende plekke op die aardbol.
Baltica was op die Baltiese Plaat, ’n tektoniese plaat, geleë.
