Laâyoune of El Aaiún (Arabies: لعيون, Laʕyūn ; Spaans: El Aaiún; Frans: Laâyoune; Berbers: ⵍⵄⵢⵓⵏ, Leɛyun; letterlik "die fonteine") is die de jure hoofstad en grootste stad van Wes-Sahara, 'n omstrede gebied in Noord-Afrika wat deur Marokko beset en die Arabiese Demokratiese Republiek Sahara opgeëis word. Die stad het in 2014 'n bevolking van 217 732 gehad en is in die noordweste van die gebied net oos van die Atlantiese Oseaan geleë. Laâyoune is in 1934 gevestig en in 1938 amptelik gestig. Dit het vanaf 1940 as hoofstad van die kolonie Spaans-Wes-Afrika gedien.

Laâyoune is weerskante van die droë rivier Saguia el Hamra geleë. In die suidelike gedeelte is die ouer stadsdeel geleë, opgerig deur Spaanse koloniste. 'n Katedraal uit dié tydperk word nog steeds gebruik; sy priesters bedien hierdie stad en Dakhla verder suid. Die meerderheid van die bevolking bestaan uit Sahrawis.
