«ቅዱስ ሮማዊ መንግሥት» ከ954 ዓም እስከ 1798 ዓም ድረስ በአውሮጳ የነበረ ታሪካዊ ግዛት ነበር። የ«ቅዱስ ሮማዊ ንጉሥ» ግዛቶች ሁሉ ማለት ነበር።
እንዲያውም ይህ የጀርመን መንግሥት ነበረ እንጂ የበፊቱ ሮሜ መንግሥት አልነበረም።
