Фі́на-ўгорскія народы (або фі́на-у́гры) — група роднасных народаў, якія размаўляюць на фіна-ўгорскіх мовах уральскай моўнай сям'і. Фіна-ўгорскія народы падзелены на дзве групы: фінскую і ўгорскую.

Пражываюць пераважна ў Венгрыі, Фінляндыі, Расіі і Эстоніі, у якасці нацыянальных меншасцей таксама ў Славакіі, Сербіі, Румыніі і Украіне. Таксама прысутнічаюць фіна-ўгорскія супольнасці ў іншых краінах свету.
