Ο Όμηρος του Χάρις (αναφερόμενος στην διεθνή βιβλιογραφία ως «the Harris Homer, B.M. Pap. 126» (British Museum Papyrus 126)[1], αλλά και «Cat. Anc. MSS., i., pi. 1»[2]) είναι χειρόγραφο αντίγραφο μέρους της Ιλιάδας του Ομήρου που έχει παλαιογραφική σημασία.
Το όνομα του παπύρου προέρχεται από τον πρώτο καταγεγραμμένο αγοραστή του, Άντονυ Τσαρλς Χάρρις. Αναφέρεται ότι βρέθηκε στο Φαγιούμ το 1849-1850 στον «λάκκο των κροκοδείλων»[3][4][5] και ότι το 1899 βρισκόταν στην ιδιοκτησία του Βρετανικού Μουσείου.[6] Ενώ αρχικά οι μελετητές τον χρονολογούσαν στον 1ο αι. π.Χ.,[7] σήμερα τοποθετείται στα τέλη του 3ου αιώνα μ.Χ.[8]
Το χειρόγραφο κείμενο είναι γραμμένο σε πάπυρο και περιέχει τμήματα του 18ου βιβλίου της Ιλιάδας.[9] Αποτελεί δείγμα αναφοράς της ελληνικής φιλολογικής γραφής των βιβλίων, δηλαδή χρησιμοποιείται από τους παλαιογράφους ως χαρακτηριστικό δείγμα ελληνικής γραφής της εποχής του. Η γραφή διαφέρει ως προς τις παλαιότερες. Τα γράμματα είναι τετραγωνικότερα και ακαμπτότερα. Το σχήμα τους είναι πολύ λεπτό, και γενικά θυμίζουν την αρχαία ελληνική επιγραμματική γραφή.
