Η Λέσλι Καρόν (αγγλικά: Leslie Claire Margaret Caron, 1 Ιουλίου 1931 - ) είναι Αμερικανίδα ηθοποιός και χορεύτρια γαλλικής καταγωγής, που εμφανίστηκε σε 45 ταινίες από το 1951 έως το 2003. Η αυτοβιογραφία της, Thank Heaven, κυκλοφόρησε το 2010 στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο και τις ΗΠΑ ενώ το 2011 μεταφράστηκε στα γαλλικά. Ο βετεράνος δημοσιογράφος Λάρι Γουάινσταϊν δημιούργησε το ντοκιμαντέρ Leslie Caron: The Reluctant Star που έκανε πρεμιέρα στο Διεθνές Φεστιβάλ Κινηματογράφου του Τορόντο στις 28 Ιουνίου 2016.

Η Καρόν είναι περισσότερο γνωστή για τα μιούζικαλ Ένας Αμερικανός στο Παρίσι (1951), Λιλί (1953), Σ' ερωτεύτηκα στα όνειρά μου (1955) και Ζιζί (1958) και για τις ταινίες Φάνι (1961), Το δωμάτιο της αμαρτίας (1962) και Ο γερόλυκος φωνάζει (1964). Έλαβε δυο υποψηφιότητες Όσκαρ Α' Γυναικείου Ρόλου. Το 2006, η ερμηνεία της στο Νόμος και τάξη: Ειδική ομάδα τής χάρισε ένα βραβείο Έμμυ για γκεστ ρόλο σε δραματική σειρά. Γνωρίζει άπταιστα τα αγγλικά, τα γαλλικά και τα ιταλικά. Είναι μια από τις ελάχιστες χορεύτριες ή ηθοποιούς που χόρεψαν με τους Τζιν Κέλι, Φρεντ Αστέρ, Μιχαήλ Μπαρίσνικοφ και Ρουντόλφ Νουρέγιεφ.
