1983 Plymouth City Council election

The 1983 Plymouth City Council election took place on 5 May 1983 to elect members of Plymouth City Council in Devon, England. This was on the same day as other local elections. The Conservative Party retained control of the council, which it had held since its creation in 1973.[1]
