Aaron Samuel Altherr (/ɑːlˈtɛər/ ahl-TAIR; born January 14, 1991) is a German-American professional baseball outfielder for the Algodoneros de Unión Laguna of the Mexican League. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in the ninth round of the 2009 Major League Baseball draft.
