The Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APUTI) is a private university in Malaysia established in 1993 as the Asia Pacific Institute of Information Technology (APIIT). In 2004, it was granted University College status and renamed to Asia Pacific University College of Technology and Innovation (APUCTI).[3] It has produced more than 40,000 graduates[4] under APIIT in association with Staffordshire University.[8] Fifty one percent of its shares are owned by Ekuiti Nasional Berhad.[9]
