Archbishop Elisey (Russian: Архиепископ Елисей, secular name Ilya Vladimirovich Ganaba, Russian: Илья Владимирович Ганаба; 1 August 1962) is the archbishop of the diocese of The Hague and the Netherlands of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC).
