Kongur, Iran

Kongur (Persian: كنگور)^{[lower-alpha 1]} is a village in, and the capital of, Kongur Rural District^[4] of the Central District of Kalaleh County, Golestan province, Iran.

Demographics

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,464 in 339 households.^[5] The following census in 2011 counted 1,449 people in 396 households.^[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 1,657 people in 489 households.^[2]
