Matthew Thomas Hall (born July 23, 1993) is an American professional baseball pitcher for the Charros de Jalisco of the Mexican League. He has previously played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Detroit Tigers and the Boston Red Sox. He played college baseball for Missouri State University.
