Belgian cyclist From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Noël Van Clooster (born 2 December 1943) is a Belgian former racing cyclist.[1] He rode in four editions of the Tour de France, as well as two editions of the Giro d'Italia and one Vuelta a España.[2]
