Ronald Bernard Simpkins (born April 2, 1958) is a former American football player. He played college football at the University of Michigan as a linebacker from 1976 to 1979. He became Michigan's all-time career tackle leader in 1979 and was a consensus first-team selection for the 1979 College Football All-America Team. He later played professional football in the National Football League (NFL) for the Cincinnati Bengals (1980, 1982–1986) and the Green Bay Packers (1988).
