Roth/Kirschenbaum Films is an American film and television production company based in Los Angeles, California. It was founded in October 2007 by producer Joe Roth as Roth Films, and was renamed in 2015 following the addition of producer Jeff Kirschenbaum. The company is known for producing commercially successful films such as Alice in Wonderland (2010), Maleficent (2014), and entries in the Fast & Furious franchise. It has collaborated with major studios including Walt Disney Pictures, Sony Pictures, and Universal Pictures, and is primarily active in the fantasy, action, and family entertainment genres.

Joe Roth announced that he signed an overall deal with Sony Pictures in October 2007, when Revolution Studios' deal with Sony Pictures Entertainment was about to end.[1]
The studio's first production, Alice in Wonderland in 2010, grossed $1 billion worldwide.[2]
In 2015, Jeff Kirschenbaum announced that he would leave Universal Pictures in order to join Roth Films, which he rebranded to its current name Roth/Kirschenbaum Films.[3][4]
