Something's Coming! is an album by vibraphonist Gary Burton recorded in 1963 and released on the RCA label.[1] The album features Burton playing with three musicians closely associated with pianist Bill Evans. Bassist Chuck Israels and drummer Larry Bunker were members of Evans' working trio at the time Burton recorded the album, and guitarist Jim Hall had recorded three albums with Evans the year prior (two of which were released at the time).

Reception

The Allmusic review by Scott Yanow stated: "Gary Burton's third full-length album as a leader finds him rapidly developing into a fresh new voice on the vibes".[2]
