Strang or The Strang (Manx: Strang) is a hamlet in the parish of Braddan on the Isle of Man. It is almost contiguous with Douglas, the main town on the island. It is also almost contiguous with the village of Union Mills. Nearby is Noble's Hospital, the island's only general hospital. The hospital was built on the site of a former asylum. The land for the asylum was purchased in 1862 and the building was completed in 1868.
