Would you mind having a look at the French version that is far more detailed on this topic ? In particular, it is stated that the main feature of Intangible Good is the kind of relation many-to-many (co-authors and many buyers) that we can set on Internet, while Tangible Goods are always based on a one-to-one trading relation. None of this is cited, there are no sources to even the concept of a "digital good" and is all speculative.
