May I suggest to hold possible discussions on Talk:Bus_rapid_transit, the discussion page of the the parent Bus_rapid_transit article, in order to keep it from spreading over multiple locations. -- Klaus with K 11:34, 13 September 2005 (UTC)

I'm wondering if the 16th Street Free MallRide in Denver would be eligible to enter as a BRT system. It has at-grade boarding with quick on/off for riders who use a wheel chair (the driver does need to get out to make it happen, but it's much quicker to deploy and put back than the Flatiron Flyer's wheelchair system, is free (so no payment), has its own dedicated lane for the duration of the trip (the 16th Street Mall)... honestly, it meets the BRT standard much more closely than the Flatiron Flyer does. —VeroniqueBellamy (talk) 17:24, 9 August 2024 (UTC)
