Where do you get that employee number from? I got mine of 'more than 1, 000' from the company web site at http://www.mmwarburg.com/web/mmwarburg/mmwarburg.html
which in my, admittedly very scanty, understanding of German means something like:

M.M.Warburg & CO → M. M. Warburg & Co. – Per naming conventions, this article should be moved. The company's website might spell the name with this stylized wordart, M.M.Warburg & CO, but just like we neither capitalize Sony, nor lower case HTC Corporation, we should here, too, obey conventions of spelling and naming.
