"Illegal"
I'm doubtful that "illegal" belongs in the first sentence of the lead in Wikivoice, particularly when the legality is phrased as an open question in the bottom of the lead, and we don't make definitive statements in the article body (c.f. WP:LEADFOLLOWSBODY). There's a whole article on this exact sort of question. — Red-tailed hawk (nest) 15:36, 12 January 2024 (UTC)
