I don't believe the pricing difference between men and woman is actually price discrimination, rather it is due to pricing two different levels of risk. Are women more price sensitive towards insurance premiums than men especially in areas where insurance is required?

That is correct. I removed the "examples" of automobile insurance and dry cleaning as they can only serve to confuse the reader.
