Someone who knows more about poetry than I should go through and create or link hudibrastics and Pindarics to pages about the poetic forms; link Cowleian to where ever that should be linked to (???; and that's a good sign it really needs a link); I added an empty link to South Ormsby, which should be corrected to the proper form (and if Ormsby County, Nevada deserves an article, so does South Ormsby), etc. --Prosfilaes 19:53, 29 Dec 2004 (UTC)
Specifically triggered by the sentence: "Nobody today would care to defend his poetry for its esthetic merits."
This sentence should be re-phrased or dropped completely. Being personally unfamiliar with him and his works, I do not feel qualified to exceed questioning the neutrality of the section and allowing others who are more knowledgable to proceed with the approproate action.
Is the misspelling of "extremely" a typo or sic? --Thiseye 00:17, 12 June 2006 (UTC)
What's going on with the title fonts in this article? Why are they bold?

Hello @Necrothesp:. You moved Samuel Wesley (poet) to Samuel Wesley (poet, died 1735), but Samuel Wesley (poet) still redirects here, so there is an unnecessary disambiguation somewhere. Which other poet called Samuel Wesley did you have in mind please? Shhhnotsoloud (talk) 12:18, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
