Theres way too much history on the main "Toronto Blue Jays" page and not on "The history of the Toronto Blue Jays" page, we don't need to have a fully two paragraphs of history for each season since the 2000s, no other sports team's page on wikipedia has even close to that much. I suggest we mesh years together, and make shorter recaps of the seasons, and move all the more detailed history over to the "History of" page. Only on important years, such as 1985,1992,1993,2015/16, etc, do we have a full section dedicated to one year. I really don't think the main Toronto Blue Jays page needs to know about Brad Penny retiring while on a minor league contract. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Johro77 (talk • contribs) 10:20, 14 November 2019 (UTC)
@Muboshgu: Thank you so much for helping remove some unnecessary detail for the 2016 and 2017 Toronto Blue Jays. Johnny Au (talk/contributions) 00:01, 18 April 2024 (UTC)
Is someone going to update the first paragraph? The Blue Jays are not playing at TD Ballpark anymore and have officially moved back to Buffalo (Sahlen Field). Maybe also add the improvements made to make the park fit for MLB play. <--maybe this would be for the Sahlen Field page? Pierson Strandquist (talk) 14:45, 3 June 2021 (UTC)
Since Alomar is not in the Blue Jays Level of Excellence anymore, should his block be removed from that section? Newfiebluejay (talk) 21:10, 9 July 2021 (UTC)

Typo in third sentence: Should read "Since 1989, the team has played the majority [of] its home games at Rogers Centre in downtown Toronto." JJQuinlan (talk) 01:47, 15 September 2022 (UTC)
I wanted to ask if the Jays Care Foundation arm of the organization should be mentioned on the page or if it should have its own page, since I noticed a discussion on the length of the current page a few comments up. Please advise on the best course of action for this proposal and if there is another route open. Thank you. Datsa54 (talk) 20:22, 23 November 2022 (UTC)

It says the Blue Jays made the playoffs via the wildcard in 2020 and 2022. They have also qualified via the wildcard in 2023 however that hasn't been updated as of yet. Iceman121982 (talk) 06:35, 2 October 2023 (UTC)
Nothing about SkyDome in the “ballparks” section. 2607:FEA8:7D69:5C00:B8FC:EB00:5F9E:1569 (talk) 23:43, 28 June 2024 (UTC)
“During the regular season, the Blue Hays designated Cavan Biggio for assignment and traded him for a prospect afterwards.”Arbyslover16 (talk) 20:08, 31 July 2024 (UTC)
