While it really was so, that the Communist Party of Estonia (1990) was banned in 1991, after the coup attempt, can someone please clarify, what was the relation of the remnants of that party to the SKP-KPSS. It says in the party's article that the remnants split in 2001. If so, that could be clarified in this list. 88.196.188.238 (talk) 13:43, 28 December 2013 (UTC)
