It is a period of edit war. Cabal editors, striking
from a hidden mailing list, have won their first
victory against the evil Troll Empire.
Between reverts, Cabal spies managed to steal the
secret source code to the Empire's ultimate weapon,
the DeathBot, an automated vandalbot with enough
bandwidth to vandalize an entire server.
Pursued by the Empire's sinister sockpuppets, Princess
Shauri races home along her redirects, custodian of the
stolen source code that can save her project and restore

Did you hear that? They've shut down the main SQUID! We'll be deleted for sure. This is madness!
We're doomed!
There'll be no edit for the Princess this time.
What's that? --Maru (talk) 20:59, 23 October 2005 (UTC)
I should have known better than to trust the logic of a half-written automated editing assister... --Maru (talk) Contribs 21:17, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
Rambot, where are you?!
At last! Where have you been?
They're heading in this direction. What are we going to do? We'll be sent to AfD or moved to who knows where!
Wait a minute, where are you going? --Nufy8 22:43, 24 October 2005 (UTC)
The Vandal Bot sources are not in the main directory. --Maru (talk) Contributions 03:25, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
- Where are those transmissions you intercepted? What have you done with that source code?! --Nufy8 03:31, 25 October 2005 (UTC)
- If this is an arbcom link, where is the Arbitrator?
- Commander, tear this link apart until you've found that source code, and bring me the passengers- I want them alive! --Nufy8 21:48, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
There she is! Set for 1-hour block! --Maru (talk) Contribs 22:14, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
- ...She'll be all right. Inform Lord Willy we have a prisoner. --Nufy8 22:56, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
Hey, you're not permitted in there. It's restricted. You'll be de-sysopped for sure..
Don't call me an elitist editor, you overweight glob of grease! Now come out before somebody sees you.
Secret mission? What source code? What are you talking about?
I'm going to regret this. --Maru (talk) Contribs 23:34, 26 October 2005 (UTC)
There goes another one. --Nufy8 01:20, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
- Hold your packets. There is no data. It must have been short-circuited. --Maru (talk) Contribs 01:27, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
That's funny, the connection doesn't look as lagged from out here.
Are you sure this thing is safe? --Nufy8 05:04, 27 October 2005 (UTC)
Lord Willy, I should have known. Only you could be so bold. The Mailing list will not sit for this, when they hear you've attacked a mediation... --Maru (talk) Contribs 20:58, 28 October 2005 (UTC)
- Don't act so surprised, Your Arbitrariness. You weren't on any mediating mission this time. Several transmissions were connected to this link by Cabal spies. I want to know what happened to the source code they sent you. --Nufy8 21:05, 28 October 2005 (UTC)
