- I was in Maine on vacation during the Northeast U.S. flooding of October 2005, and was able to get a few pictures, including this one.
- A strong wind storm blew through my area in May 2007, producing a tornado just north of my town. Unfortunately they wouldn't let me get any closer to the damage than this.
- I came back a few days later to see the tree damage and took this picture.
- Visited Jay Peak (Vermont) in January, 2008. Took this picture of a wonderful example of hard rime at the summit, on these trees exhibiting Krummholz characteristics.
- Alden Hall, the music building at my alma mater, Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
- Lightning from an intense thunderstorm, taken in my hometown of Monroe, Connecticut.
- Damage from a weak tornado in Shelton, Connecticut on July 31, 2009.
- Damage from the same tornado.
- Damage from straight-line winds in Milford, Connecticut on the same day.
- A photo of the Eller Oceanography & Meteorology Building on the campus of Texas A&M University during a snowfall on 23 February 2010.

- A still from a video I shot near Teague, Texas. Unfortunately it cannot be seen in a still photo, but the lowering was a rapidly-rotating wall cloud which would soon produce a tornado.
- EF5 damage from one of the most violent tornadoes ever observed.
- A very light trace of snowfall allowed one to pick out individual snowflakes on the rear window of this car.
