The Kapten I Wayan Dipta Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in the Gianyar Regency of Bali, which is the home of Bali United. It has a capacity of 22,931.[1] The stadium's name was inspired by Balinese heroes who came from Gianyar, namely Captain I Wayan Dipta. He was a young man who fought against the Dutch colonial government in Bali during Indonesian National Revolution where he was shot and killed at the age of 20 in 1946.[2]
