Mustafa Osman (Born in 1906 or 1907;Died on an unknown date) was a Tunisian-American journalist, caricaturist, scale model maker and production designer. Osman was the first Tunisian caricaturist. He was co-owner of two satirical newspapers in Tunis, Al Moudhik and Al Moumathil, and one of the most notorious journalist of Tunisia in the early 1920s. He was also a Destour Party activist.

In 1927, Mustafa Osman was co-owner of the very first Tunisian movies distribution company, Tunis Films. In the 1930s, he left Tunisia to settle in the United States and was employed as a set designer within the big American film production company Paramount Pictures.

Seymour was born in Somerset, England in 1798, the second son of Henry Seymour and Elizabeth Bishop. Soon after moving to London Henry Seymour died, leaving his wife, two sons and daughter impoverished. In 1827 his mother died, and Seymour married his cousin Jane Holmes, having two children, Robert and Jane.
