The SVGs look very fine. Tim Vickers 21:04, 24 October 2007 (UTC)
I suppose you alredy know but I wanted to tell you personally have nominated the article for FA, since you have also helped a lot with it. Best regards. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Garrondo (talk • contribs) 13:53, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
May I ask for temporary semi-protection of Fluoxetine article. Out of the last 20 edits, six were IP vandalism. Many thanks Paul gene 23:47, 25 October 2007 (UTC)
Hi Fvasconcellos, I want to upload the pulmonary hypertension article to Veropedia, but I can't because of a missing source for survival rates. I have a printout of something that might work, but I don't remember where I got it. I don't have experience with complex medical searches. Maybe you can help? The title of the article is "Advances in Prostanoid Therapy: New Studies New Methods of Delivery". The author is Marius M. Hoeper. I don't have the journal name or date, because my printout cut them off. I would like to upload the article myself, because I helped write the PH article. I know, selfish of me. Could you please help? Thanks. --Kyoko 00:11, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
Here are a few updates in the realm of WikiProject Pharmacology:

Hi there. The Preity Zinta article has recently achieved A-class status. Due to the wealth of support I have decided to now nominate for an FA class article which I believe and judging by the comments of others is pretty much up to. In my view it is better than some existing FA actor articles. I would therefore be very grateful if you could give it a final review in your own time and leave your comments and views at Wikipedia:Featured article candidates/Preity Zinta. Thankyou, your comments are always valuable. ♦ Sir Blofeld ♦ "Talk"? 10:57, 1 November 2007 (UTC)

Joseph Priestley is now at WP:FAC. Awadewit | talk 21:36, 3 November 2007 (UTC)
"Barely noticeable" is not the same as "not noticed". ;) Thank you for fixing 3_10 helix; that's long been bothering me, but I didn't know how to fix it. Here's another little image, something slightly different from your usual images but also well-refined. :) Con affetto, Willow 12:25, 4 November 2007 (UTC)
I saw your comment at Sandy's talk page. Thanks. I'm overloaded on-wiki with things I want to do, and stuff I'd like to help other folk with. I'm not getting round to them as it is, without adding further responsibilities.
User:DO11.10 and User:MarcoTolo have been working on poliomyelitis for some time and DO11.10 is close to nominating at FAC. I'm partway through reviewing and copyediting but I'm not good enough to get it up to FAC quality. I'd really appreciate it if you could help to ensure it is well prepared for FAC. Be bold with your edits, or make some comments on the talk page. Regards, Colin°Talk 22:47, 6 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for your edits and suggestions; they really helped. Colin°Talk 11:08, 11 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi Fvas
I refer to your earlier invitation here. I've also received an invite from Tim Vickers. Right now I still have quite limited time on wikipedia, but I am interested. I'll go read the RfA page again; in the mean time I asked Tim Vickers if he'd walk me through the process here. If you have a bit of time, perhaps you would like to as well? Thanks once again. --Rifleman 82 03:27, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
Hell yeah. Funnily enough, while searching on my last.fm (172nd, with six plays - which is wrong because I've listened to Begin to Hope non-stop at least twice, but I tend to turn off scrobbling when not on shuffle), I literally wtf'ed at there being a "Sir" there. To be honest, I was going to change it to something more Christmassy soon. Will (talk) 23:43, 7 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the observation -- I am a new administrator and that was one of my first few blocks, so I am grateful to know what a more experienced admin would have done. For my first few blocks I wanted to err on the side of caution... I'll keep a very close eye on the user and if he offends again, he's toast -- permanently burnt toast. But thanks, it's nice to know that I can be bold and do that stuff. Accounting4Taste 19:11, 8 November 2007 (UTC)
Greetings F - I noticed you have the ability to selectively undo edits that occur down the history list and that have become "baked into" the article (probably an admin tool?) One such edit at MRSA was able to "sneak in" IMHO. I believe it significantly changes and distorts the article though is probably not vandalism but POV. Could you please review this one? Keep up the good work! István 16:12, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
Fixed! Thanks!--Mike Searson 19:42, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the help - despite all my years on Wikipedia, it's actually the first time I've got round to a GA! I'll fix everything Jimfbleak 16:50, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
Firstly thanks. I'll not do the fancy sort of thanks but I'm not someone who would say nothing either. A surprising number of people supported me & I only hope I can come up to expectations. Offers of help are always appreciated - you may well hear from me - regards --Herby talk thyme 15:18, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for reverting my talk page to a state where I'm not announcing that I suck <grin>. Feel free to keep an eye on my talk/user pages, because I'm currently the target of a rather vindictive child. I'll do the same for you! Cheers, Accounting4Taste 03:04, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
Hi Fvasconcellos, I was wondering if you could help fill in the info in the newly created epoprostenol article, which someone has split off from prostacyclin. I remember how much help you were in adding diagrams and pharmacokinetics. Oh, and while you're at it, take a look at my latest article, atrial septostomy. Hope everything's going well for you. Thanks! --Kyoko 16:55, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
Don't you wish there was a way to fix edit summaries? Truly embarrassing to have spelling errors in a copyedit edit summary. It is like writing a great letter to your girlfriend and then misspelling her name on the envelope. Colin°Talk 23:50, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
Someone found a spelling error Image:EFA_to_Eicosanoid.svg. So I fixed it in the parent Powerpoint and saved it as [Image:EFA_to_Eicosanoid.png]. Could you re-vectorize it? (Or would some other format, like .gif or .jpg be better?) Thanks David.Throop 04:04, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
Probably because a lot of users still don't know about the school yet. :) It's only been around since July 8, and active since September 9 when Ryan Postlethwaite moved it from his userspace into the project-space. I spam give the link to new admins if they haven' been given one already (in fact, even if they've already been given a link to it, I give another one anyway). It's becoming more popular fortunately. It might even by handy for admins who aren't new to read the school. I've told many new users that I wish it had existed when I first became an admin! :) -- Acalamari 18:53, 16 November 2007 (UTC)
Not sure if I really have much of a defense for the NeutralHomer/CapitalR incident, although I think it's a relatively isolated incident and not characteristic of the vast majority of work I've done on wikipedia. While I did sort of explode over what, in retrospect, was a very minor issue that really didn't matter, I also did fairly quickly realize that and back off, and to my knowledge, it didn't result in any WP:3RR violations, nor was I blocked. I think the main reason I was a bit upset about that situation was that I was being treated somewhat poorly to begin with -- they posted a generic "welcome to wikipedia" when it was clear I wasn't a newbie, and continually referred to me as a "vandal" (though I admit, I did refer to them as "vandals" as well).
As far as the ElinorD incident goes, that was really a misunderstanding on my apart. What I initially observed as that a quite obvious fair-use image was deleted rather abruptly in an article that I watched, without any type of notice being posted to myself or any of the other users that watch the article. In fact, I found out that what really happened here was that notice was posted prior to deletion, on the talk page of the user that posted the image. Unfortunately, the user was no longer active on wikipedia, so that notice was ignored. Personally, if I was the admin in this case performing the deletions, I would have also left a message on the talk page of the article as well as the talk page of the user, so as to inform a wider audience, and if that was done in this case, the entire incident would not have happened. In retrospect, though, calling for ElinorD's desysopping was going a bit far, so I apologize about that. Though, while my initial response on her talk page was quite bold, I don't think it was particularly uncivil.
Personally, I'll probably give the WP:RfA a couple of more days, just to see what happens. I honestly don't see adminship as a really big deal, though; it's not like I'm joining some kind of exclusive club or some ultra group of wikipedians. Most of what I do really doesn't need admin powers anyway. But having access to the tools would make a lot of what I do a lot easier, that's true. I still can't exactly fault you for opposing, so don't worry about it -- I did want to offer some sort of explanation for those incidents, though. As far as wikipedia goes, I still trust you as an editor, and hope we can continue to work on articles of interest together. If this RfA fails now, I'll probably try again sometime in the spring, after a bit of time has been put in between these incidents. Cheers! Dr. Cash (talk) 04:19, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
Do you know how long can it take get the FA status? It has been almost a month, all comments have been addressed and every editor has supported the nomination. I had never posted an article and I am curious about it. --Garrondo (talk) 15:19, 17 November 2007 (UTC)
Its very good news. Thanks for all your help. One last question. How do I add the bronze star in the main page? --Garrondo (talk) 08:33, 19 November 2007 (UTC)
Should antibiotics be included in the article receptor antagonist. As a pharmacologist I would value your opinion on this debate.Lilypink (talk) 13:41, 19 November 2007 (UTC)

Hi, Fv! Absolutely no hurry at all, but if you have time, can you help me out here in Portuguese? Someone added a statement about Gato Fedorento to ¿Por qué no te callas? It's uncited, and I don't know how to google up a source because I don't speak Portuguese. The text is in this section in case you're able to source it; if not, I'll probably eventually delete it (such a nice article marred by a citation tag :-) Best regards, SandyGeorgia (Talk) 02:30, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
Hello Fvasconcellos: How are things with you? It's been about two months since you last helped me out with the Bruno Maddox article. I'm at the moment working on List of works by William Monahan and I was wondering if you would mind reviewing the article over at WP:Peer review? Your reviews are always very helpful. I notice you are on a short wikibreak so if you are busy that's fine. Best, BillDeanCarter (talk) 19:35, 22 November 2007 (UTC)
