Have you seen User:Scorpion0422/FL audit? Dabomb87 (talk) 01:30, 21 March 2009 (UTC)
In regards to the doping section, I'm considering switching to a table. Something like this:
Athlete | Nation | Olympics | Substance | Punishment | Notes | Ref. |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
František Pospíšil | Czechoslovakia (TCH) | 1976 | codeine | Unknown | His team was allowed to continue playing and won the silver medal, but was forced to forfeit a game he had played in against Poland. | [1][2] |
Jaroslaw Morawiecki | Poland (POL) | 1988 | testosterone | 18 month suspension from IIHF | The Polish team was allowed to continue playing, but were stripped of two points they earned in a victory over France. | [3] |
Mattias Öhlund | Sweden (SWE) | 2002 | acetazolamide | None | He had inadvertently ingested the substance in medication he was taking after undergoing eye surgery and was not suspended. | [4] |
Bryan Berard | United States (USA) | 2006 | 19-Norandrosterone | Two year suspension from IIHF No punishment from NHL |
Berard, who had competed in 1998, was not named to the American roster but was tested in 2005 because he was listed as apotential player for the team. | [5][6] |
José Théodore | Canada (CAN) | 2006 | Finasteride | Two year suspension from IIHF No punishment from NHL |
Failed a drug test because he was taking Propecia, a hair loss medication which contains the non-performance enhancing drug Finasteride. He was not named to the Canadian roster but was tested in 2005 because he was listed as a potential player for the team. | [6][7] |
If it's too obtrusive, it can be made collapsible (like this). However, the problem is that one would expect it to include all examples, rather than just the notable ones (I went through google news but I'm sure I'm missing some cases). -- Scorpion0422 15:10, 22 March 2009 (UTC)
Your input would be greatly appreciated here. Dabomb87 (talk) 23:39, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
Could you point out the sources for your new numbers for Jane Park DYK? Looking at the footnotes, it seem like they support the old numbers. Regards, —Mattisse (Talk)

Hello, I think we've hammered out a good revised Featured List criteria here. If this passes, there will be quite a few FLs that could soon be delisted just because of 3b. With that in mind, I'd like to get comments and opinions from all FLC regulars and everyone else who has participated in the discussion before it's implemented. Thanks, Scorpion0422 17:44, 31 March 2009 (UTC)
You may want to take a look at this. Dabomb87 (talk) 22:27, 1 April 2009 (UTC)
Your concerns have been addressed at the above FLC.--WillC 06:09, 9 April 2009 (UTC)
Thank you for leaving comments at the List of TNA X Division Champions and List of TNA World Tag Team Champions FLCs. TNA X Division Champions passed and your comments helped to make that possible. You comments have also helped List of TNA World Tag Team Champions become a better article and made me more aware of problems with-in list articles. Thank you for taking the time out to review both.--WillC 23:48, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
A couple questions about the linked article (User:Chrishomingtang and I intend to take it to FLC):
Thanks, 15:16, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
All concerns have been taken care of. Is there anything else?--WillC 17:04, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
I think this has potential to be good article. Are you planning to nominate in the future? If so, that would be great. Anyway, I don't mean to bug you. So, Cheers—Chris! ct 19:02, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
Can you take another look at this cometime? YellowMonkey (cricket calendar poll!) 06:03, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
All your concerns have been met at the above FLC, would you please return to it.--WillC 08:36, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for your suggested improvements to this article. I've attempted to address the points you made; if you get a chance to check back and see whether there's anything still outstanding, I'd be grateful. Thanks, BencherliteTalk 22:08, 27 April 2009 (UTC)
Hello, could you revisit your comments here? I believe work has been done to address them. Thanks, — sephiroth bcr (converse) 16:05, 28 April 2009 (UTC)

Well, at least only Tallon and Saggers have 34 of them. Most of the others only had 20-odd, once... YellowMonkey (cricket calendar poll!) 01:57, 30 April 2009 (UTC)
Hello. As a significant contributor to this article during its recent drive towards WP:FAC, I'm just posting a quick reminder to say, firstly, great work and, secondly, please continue with the great work. We're pretty close to a nomination and further help, particularly with citations on playing style, may just help clinch it. All the best. The Rambling Man (talk) 22:18, 2 May 2009 (UTC)
I agree entirely: to me, "five cats and 32 dogs" is just dandy. That advice has been in MOSNUM since pussy was a kitten. Just as well it's cast in watery terms, with the fingerprints of Anderson's recent tampering; it's one of the few I don't mind.
I'll check out the nomination now. Ta. Tony (talk) 12:31, 3 May 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for your review. Also, do you really have to rub it in? :( NW (Talk) (How am I doing?) 01:51, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Hey, sorry for taking so long to get back. Thanks a lot for the feedback you were able to provide at the article. I have begun to work through some of the preliminary issues raised, and will continue to do so in the coming days. I was able to get a good idea of what we need to look out for thanks to the review. Bad intentionz (talk) 03:31, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
Tiger Woods has been nominated for a good article reassessment. Articles are typically reviewed for one week. Please leave your comments and help us to return the article to good article quality. If concerns are not addressed during the review period, the good article status will be removed from the article. Reviewers' concerns are here.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 14:20, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi, could you review this for me? It is currently at peer review. It would be greatly appreciated.—Chris! ct 21:48, 8 May 2009 (UTC)
Thank you for participating in my recent RfA, which was unable pass with a final tally of (45/39/9). I plan on addressing the concerns raised and working to improve in the next several months. Hopefully, if/when I have another RfA I will win your support. Special thanks go to MBisanz, GT5162, and MC10 for nominating me. Thanks again, -download ׀ sign! 01:31, 13 May 2009 (UTC) |
No, I think it should be left in for the time being and I'll figure out what to do. -- Scorpion0422 14:29, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
Thanks mate for the useful information about dashes. I will look forward to improve the article as much as I could. Arteyu ? Blame it on me ! 18:54, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
I've resubmitted an FAC for Yukon Quest, and you supported it the first time around. If you've got the time to take a look at it again and offer your support or comments at the second review, I'd appreciate it. Thanks! JKBrooks85 (talk) 08:59, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
Sorry about that. I don't know what I was thinking. It's back where it belongs now. --Crunch (talk) 20:07, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
Work has been done on your points, would it be possible for you to revisit the FAC and see what you think? Cheers SGGH ping! 09:43, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
As far as further time on this, I have attemped to address most of your concerns although I do not understand one of them. I hope you might return to give this article further consideration.--TonyTheTiger (t/c/bio/WP:CHICAGO/WP:LOTM) 03:23, 17 May 2009 (UTC)

Thanks for commenting on this FLC. I believe that I have addressed your concerns, so I would appreciate it if you could check back when you have a chance. Thanks again, GaryColemanFan (talk) 22:23, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi Giants2008. I noticed you a while back reviewed one of the other 1995 Grand Prix article I've been working on - the 1995 Pacific GP article. I was wondering whether you could peer review the 1995 Brazilian Grand Prix article for me, leaving you're comments here. If you could make any comments at the PR, that'd be great. Kind regards, D.M.N. (talk)
I copied the table from List of Super Bowl Most Valuable Player Award winners by age at win, but did not copy the reference --- that's now on the talk page for Super Bowl Most Valuable Player Award. The former article seems a good example of WP:listcruft but has some valuable info that should be incorporated into the latter article.Greedyhalibut (talk) 03:50, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Do you plan on taking this to FAC anytime soon after GAN? Dabomb87 (talk) 23:16, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Hiya. I've addressed your concerns at the FLC. Table Font size is now 100%. Best, Matthewedwards : Chat 04:08, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
Would you mind returning to the article to see if the rationales for the fair use images are now up to snuff? The nominator has kept all five of the images, and only under repeated pressure has he made an effort to substantively improve their rationales. I'm afraid he's pissed me off sufficiently that I've had to recuse myself from dealing with the FAC anymore. As the reviewer who originally raised the problem, your view of the rationales' current quality would be very valuable. DocKino (talk) 20:12, 29 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi,
I'm here to apologize if I insulted you, hurt your feelings or offended you a while back .. an auto racing FAC, IIRC. I had been dealing with vast reservoirs of bitterness toward Wikipedia that had me dealing with successive bouts of burnout. Fortunately, I really think I've turned a corner... I still think the writing in the car FAC sucked horribly. I'm not saying that to salvage my pride/cover my butt; I really, sincerely think it sucked & was not FA-worthy per 1a. But I s'pose I could have been a bit more tactful in my presentation. :-) Ling.Nut (talk) 02:47, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi there, I was wondering if you have had the chance to see my replies and work following your comments on the FAC page. If so, are you satisfied? And are you able to take a stance on the article? The FA review's been filibustering for a while now. Rafablu88 (talk) 16:01, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Hi, just letting you know I've got round to expanding the lead a little and adding details on where the race was held the previous year. Only bit I'm unsure about is the "italics for printed publications" bit, although I've left a reply at the FAC about that. Apologies for the delay. Best, D.M.N. (talk) 13:38, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
All comments have been addressed at the above FLC.--WillC 22:01, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
I just wanted to let you know that I'm planning to submit 2009 Orange Bowl as an FAC shortly. It'd be a big help if you could take a look at it before I submit it to see if there's any glaring mistakes or things I should take care of before it starts the process. Thanks! JKBrooks85 (talk) 11:53, 7 June 2009 (UTC)

All your concerns have been addressed at the above FLC. You've heard that many times before, good format for a sentence, don't fix something that doesn't need fixing is what I think. Thank you for your comments they have been very helpful! Also if you are up to it, I just thought to bring it to your attention now. I nominated another article for FAC and if you don't mind, could you leave some comments for it at its FAC? Only if you want to, I don't want to impose. It is the TNA X Division Championship and its FAC nomination is located here.--WillC 15:24, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
Hello, Keith Allison has made a trip to LPGA Championship again and released another set of photos on flickr. The ones I've transfered into commons are now under the commons:Category:2009 LPGA Championship category. I guess you will want to use them in relevant infoboxes/articles. There is still a bunch of those where I couldn't identify the players pictured - a volunteer with a good eye will come handy :) BR, Wmigda (talk) 07:41, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
