Washington Township (officially the Township of Washington) is a township in Bergen County, in the U.S. state of New Jersey. As of the 2020 United States census, the township's population was 9,285,[9][10] an increase of 183 (+2.0%) of the 2010 census count of 9,102,[20][21] reflecting an increase of 164 (+1.8%) from the 8,938 counted in the 2000 census.[22]
