The Swiss Figure Skating Championships (German: Schweizermeisterschaften Elite Kunstlaufen und Eistanzen; French: Championnats Suisses Elite Patinage Artistique et Danse sur Glace) are an annual figure skating competition organized by Swiss Ice Skating to crown the national champions of Switzerland. The first national championships were held in St. Moritz in 1919. Competitions were held intermittently until 1927, and annually since 1931. They have since only been cancelled one time: in 2021, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Medals are awarded in men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance at the senior, junior, and novice levels, although not every discipline is held every year due to a lack of participants. Oliver Höner holds the record for winning the most Swiss Championship titles in men's singles (with eleven), while Sarah Meier holds the record in women's singles (with eight), and Pierette Dubois and Paul Dubois hold the record in pair skating (with ten). Diane Gerencser holds the record for winning the most Swiss Championship titles in ice dance (with six), although these were not with the same partner.

History
National championship competitions in figure skating were first held in Switzerland alongside speed skating and ice hockey in 1919 in St. Moritz. Alfred Mégroz won the inaugural figure skating competition.[1] Competitions were held intermittently in St. Moritz between 1919 and 1927, as the need for an ice surface was dependent on the weather. When the championships returned in 1931, in Zurich, a separate event for women was included. Georges Gautschi won the men's event and his wife Edith won the women's event.[2] Pair skating was added as an event in 1933,[3] and while separate competitions in ice dance had been held prior to 1965, ice dance events began being held concurrently with the Swiss Figure Skating Championships beginning in 1965.[4]
The Swiss Championships have been held annually since 1931, and have only been cancelled one time: in 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.[5]
The 2026 Swiss Championships are scheduled to be held 19–21 December in Lugano.[6]
