  1. Dynamo Moscow and Zenit Saint Petersburg were excluded from further competition due to the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The teams of Sir Sicoma Monini Perugia and ZAKSA Kędzierzyn-Koźle claimed a 3–0 forfeit victory (25–0, 25–0, 25–0) and advanced to the semifinals.[4]
