2021 Northeast Conference women's basketball tournament

The 2021 Northeast Conference women's basketball tournament was the postseason women's basketball tournament for the 2020–21 season in the Northeast Conference. The tournament was held March 10–14, 2021.^[1] The tournament winner received an automatic invitation to the 2021 NCAA Division I women's basketball tournament. Mount St. Mary's won the conference tournament championship game over Wagner, 70–38.^[2]

Seeds

Due to complications caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, only the top four teams in the Northeast Conference were eligible to compete in the conference tournament. Teams were seeded by record within the conference, with a tiebreaker system to seed teams with identical conference records.^[3]
