The 2024–25 season was the 133rd season in the history of Bromley Football Club and their first ever season in the English Football League, following promotion from the National League in the previous season. The club participates in League Two, the FA Cup, the EFL Cup and the EFL Trophy.

On 21 June 2024, Bromley announced their pre-season schedule with six matches scheduled against Hornchurch, Crystal Palace U21 (behind closed doors, later cancelled), Tonbridge Angels, Brighton & Hove Albion U21 (behind closed doors), Braintree Town and Aldershot Town along with a six day pre-season training camp in Portugal.[51]

FA Cup
As a League Two side, Bromley entered the FA Cup in the first round, and were drawn away to National League side Rochdale.[64] In the second round, they were drawn away to National League side Solihull Moors.[65] They were then drawn away to Premier League side Newcastle United in the third round.[66]
