In Greek mythology, Admetus (/ædˈmiːtəs/; Ancient Greek: Ἄδμητος, romanized: Admetos, lit. '"untamed", "untameable"')[citation needed] was a Trojan warrior and son of Augeas. He was killed by Philoctetes during the night of the siege of Troy.[1]
