Aliabad (Persian: علي آباد)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Naran Rural District of the Central District of Sanandaj County, Kurdistan province, Iran.[4] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Anguzhan.[5]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 126 in 28 households.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 126 people in 34 households.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 108 people in 31 households.[2]
