History

The club was founded on April 10, 2003.^[1] The club won the Campeonato Municipal de Nova Prata in 2008.^[1] In 2009 and 2010 they participated in the Campeonato Estadual Amador.^[2][3] They competed in the 2011 edition of the Copa FGF.^[4] Nova Prata competed in the Campeonato Gaúcho Third Division in 2012.
