In recent times, the "Battle of Katipunan" has taken place in the UAAP Men's Basketball championship series in Seasons 81, 84, and 85 with Ateneo holding the advantage, 2-1.
De La Salle University Green Archers
The Ateneo-La Salle rivalry is considered a popular rivalry in Philippine collegiate sports, with the two sides facing each other in Men's Basketball championship series 10 times across the NCAA (3 times) and the UAAP. (Ateneo - 5, La Salle - 5.)
