On 24 June 2013, Bekő became the head coach of the Nemzeti Bajnokság I club Kecskeméti TE.^[1]

Bekő became the head coach of the Nemzeti Bajnokság I club Diósgyőri VTK in the summer of 2015.^[2][3]
